Who is responsible, and where to find us

Personal data we collect
Data you give us directly. If you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email, company, and the challenge you describe, so we can reply to you.
Browsing data (only with your consent). Pages you visit, device type, approximate location, and time on site, via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — see Cookies below.
Pre-assessment results (only with your consent, and never with your name or email). If you complete the strategic-orchestration pre-assessment at /diagnostico/, we record the level and score you got, your six answers, the date, and the page/language — with no name, email, or other identifying data — so we can understand how the tool is used. This is recorded only if you accepted analytics cookies; it is skipped entirely if you rejected them.
Purposes of processing
- Responding to your contact request and following up on the business conversation you start with us (primary purpose, necessary).
- Understanding which pages and content are useful, to improve the site (secondary purpose, only with your consent).
We do not use your contact data for marketing purposes beyond responding to your request, unless you expressly authorize otherwise.
Cookies and Consent Mode
We use one functional item that does not require your consent — a local record that remembers your cookie choice — and, only if you accept, analytics cookies managed through Google Consent Mode. They stay off by default and only activate once you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page.
Options to limit the use of your data
You can reject analytics cookies from the cookie notice or from "Cookie preferences" in the footer, and you can ask us at any time to stop using your data for purposes other than responding to your request.
Your rights (ARCO rights)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time ("derechos ARCO" under Mexican law). To exercise them, write to us at [contact email pending] stating your name and specific request; we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are visiting from the EU/UK, Brazil, or California, you may also have equivalent rights under the GDPR, LGPD, or CCPA/CPRA — the same process above covers those requests too.
Data transfers
Your contact data is processed through Web3Forms solely to deliver your message to Vaiaut. Analytics data, only if you consent, is processed by Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity), each under their own privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement. Pre-assessment results, only if you consent, are stored in a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script, under Google's same privacy policy. We do not sell or transfer your data for purposes other than those described here.
